Dogwood K9 Services offers you professional pet training. Our aim is to support you in having a well-balanced, good-natured pet that is calm at all times in all environments. Our programs are tailor-made with results that last. Your furry friend will be worked in a home environment, as well as a public environment.
SERVICES WE OFFER

Your furry friend comes to stay in our home to receive training. There they will learn obedience and build confidence through training in all environments. We will start by breaking every command down, to make sure your pup has complete understanding of what we are asking them to do. Once that is done, we will start to add in any tools that are needed.
Your dog will learn:
*Come
*Name Association
*Place (with duration)
*Sit (with duration)
*Down (with duration)
*Heel (on the Left side)
*Free (a release command)
*Yes (Positive marker) and *No (Negative marker)
This includes all training tools that may be needed for training. (E-collar, or Prong)
THE CREW
Passionate and Experienced
Katie has 5 years of experience in canine training. She has a large background in pet obedience, behavior modification, K9 search and rescue training, and she is constantly looking at new ways to continue her education to better her training methods. She is outgoing and professional at all times and loves animals of all kinds. Her goal is to give every family peace of mind knowing their pet is well behaved and happy in life. She has a live find Search and Rescue K9 and a Cadaver K9 that she has trained on her own. She has been able to achieve greatness within both of them. She cannot wait to continue her career in helping families have that light bulb moment with their beloved dog.
